I went out in the mist and nocked out 12 miles. It was a little warmer then I like this time of year but the mist kept me cool, except it stopped half way thru my run. I recorded 49.18 miles for the week so all in all not a bad week of running.

Just wanted to wish you "good luck" on Kingwood. Be safe.
Guess I'll explain the blog name first. A friend of mine likes to name the way people run and during the TIR he told me I was a Chug-a-lugger when I asked him to explain he said that I'm kind like a train I just keep chug-a-lugging along when I run. The more I thought about I realized he was right. Even when I'm tired I just keep going, I run because I truly enjoy it. I love being outside rain, shine, cold, hot, night or day. So a Chug-a-lugger I'll be.
