Well it has not been easy but I have been keeping a secret for about three weeks and now I can tell that secret to all of you. Today about noon time Governor Rick Perry named me the 2008 Fit Texan. To read the Governors press release follow the link below.

- Guess I'll explain the blog name first. A friend of mine likes to name the way people run and during the TIR he told me I was a Chug-a-lugger when I asked him to explain he said that I'm kind like a train I just keep chug-a-lugging along when I run. The more I thought about I realized he was right. Even when I'm tired I just keep going, I run because I truly enjoy it. I love being outside rain, shine, cold, hot, night or day. So a Chug-a-lugger I'll be.
