Another Great Day

Well today was another great day. Great temperature outside. I ran seven miles around forest hills and out 75 north. I felt good enough to go further but I had a meeting to go to and didn't want to be late. Well I hope the weather is as nice tomorrow as it has been the last two day if so I'm going for a long run.
