Speed Work

Well I went out for a little speed work and ran a 10k, Don't want to be slow when we go and run at Katy's house this weekend. The weather has changed but its still not terribly hot out. I know my definition of speed work is different then other peoples but I see speed work as pushy myself to stay between 740 and an 835 pace for anything equal to or shorter then 6 miles.
