Well I'm taking a rest day today. I figure I'll take today off then tomorrow hit the road for my first of at least 2, 14 or longer runs this week. Don't be surprised though if I come back later with an entry about choosing to go ahead and run as I sometimes tell my self take a day off and end up running anyway.

- Guess I'll explain the blog name first. A friend of mine likes to name the way people run and during the TIR he told me I was a Chug-a-lugger when I asked him to explain he said that I'm kind like a train I just keep chug-a-lugging along when I run. The more I thought about I realized he was right. Even when I'm tired I just keep going, I run because I truly enjoy it. I love being outside rain, shine, cold, hot, night or day. So a Chug-a-lugger I'll be.
